Good news!!!!!

10 weeks 6 days pregnant.

Baby has arms and legs and a heart beat! I could even see its fingers and toes! it was incredible! and a heartbeat fluttering away. I burst into tears and nearly broke Coyote's hand. and he was just as emotional (though hiding it in a manly way). Everything looks absolutely normal apparently, which is the best sign you can have. I'm also more pregnant than I thought I was, my due date is the 9th April 2013...and date of conception was the 3rd July (Coyote keeps on asking what we were doing on that day...I think its fairly self explanatory what we were doing).
I feel like I can start relaxing a little bit, because the first 12 weeks are the most dangerous for baby, and the time when things are most likely to go wrong. so in a week and a day we will be past the first hurdle!
For this scan you need to have a full bladder so that they can see everything clearly, so you have to drink at least a pint of water/juice an hour before the scan. and you have no idea how much you suddenly want to pee when your not allowed to! We got to the hospital early and dropped by the chapel for me to have a couple of quite moments of begging for everything to be OK, and then went to the early pregnancy unit. Thankfully we were brought in almost straight away to be scanned, so I didn't have time to get even more scared. The nice scan lady squirted goop on my stomach and ran a wand over me, this one actually had a poker face though! I couldn't tell if everything was alright until she turned round the screen and showed me the baby, and showed us the heart beat. I still can't believe you could see the arms and legs, fingers and toes!
I'm so, so, so happy.
To celebrate we went for a meal with a close friend, and we shared a massive ice-cream!
Another friend has already bought us our first baby presents, a pair of booties and a baby photo album. The booties are so tiny! I can't believe I'm going to have a person small enough to fit into them!
Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou!!! so so happy!
